Return and Refund Policy

Our services are custom work and live sessions, so there is nothing physical to return. This policy explains when you can cancel, reschedule or get a refund.

1. Programs and partnerships

AI Marketing Summit, 16x Marketing Bootcamp, Quantum Scale, Elite Inner Circle and Fibo Media Partnership:

  • Cancel before work starts: full refund, less any payment processing fees.
  • Cancel after work starts: we refund the part of the fee for work not yet done. Work already delivered is yours to keep.
  • Once the final deliverables are approved, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Each project includes revisions within the agreed scope. If something we delivered does not match the agreed scope, tell us within 14 days and we will fix it at no extra cost.

2. Strategy sessions (Pick Fibo's Brain)

  • Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before the session.
  • Cancel 24 hours or more before: full refund.
  • Cancel less than 24 hours before, or not show up: no refund, but we will offer one new date.

3. Speaking engagements

  • Cancel 30 days or more before the event: full refund of the deposit.
  • Cancel 14 to 29 days before: 50% refund.
  • Cancel less than 14 days before: no refund. We are happy to move to a new date within 6 months instead.
  • If we must cancel, you get a full refund or a new date, your choice.

4. Programs, courses and events

Unless the program page or your booking confirmation says otherwise, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not yet attended a live session or accessed most of the material.

5. How to request a refund

E-mail support@fibolim.com with your name, the service, the invoice or receipt number and the reason. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
